Kraska Law is operated by Robert S. Kraska, a former Federal prosecutor, who has successfully represented countless clients at all levels of Court in Ontario. Robert always had a desire to attend Law School, and specifically to practice Criminal Law. The Constitution and laws of Canada provide individuals with a host of rights and protections. It is through representing individuals and ensuring that these rights are upheld that one can maintain the way of life that we know and respect in Canada. Robert has gained experience representing clients in all manner of Criminal, Family, and Civil matters. Over the last several years, Robert has focused his practice, exclusively, in Criminal Law. Regardless of the charges, Robert firmly believes in the protection of every individual’s rights.

Robert’s approach to Criminal Defence, has been uniquely influenced and developed through years of experience and knowledge gained from his practice as a Federal Crown Attorney with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, as well as a Provincial Crown Attorney with the Ministry of the Attorney General for Ontario. As Federal Crown Attorney, Robert conducted high-level drug prosecutions on behalf of the Federal Government, and provided advice to police forces in relation to the investigation of drug-related matters. As a Provincial Crown Attorney, Robert was involved in the prosecution of all manner of Criminal Law matters, including: Impaired Driving; Dangerous Driving; Assault; Sexual Assault; Abduction; Forcible Confinement; Theft; Break and Enter; and Armed Home Invasion matters.
